After the sad-iversary

Well, I got through that day. I got through the next day a lot less easily. I cried a lot more that day and hurt a lot more. But the day after that felt better. I had therapy. She's helps so much. I let go of a lot. I emailed the ceo a re-cap of what happened that night on the anniversary. It felt good to let it go. It seems like she never knew it happened. Now she does and I'm not the only one carrying that weight and hurt from that night. It does feel like things are getting better.
